Thanks to everyone who came out to the crop yesterday. Everyone had a great time.
Thank you to The Memory Workshop for being the onsite store for the day, and for sponsoring the "Use Your Ribbon" challenge. Challenge winner Stefani Agostini won a free seat in the class of her choice, and she has plenty of great classes to choose from. Many have sold out already and more are just a few seats away from being sold out.
Special thanks to Jane for her tireless work in the kitchen, stocking and restocking the buffet and doing countless dishes!

Class registration for the general public will begin at 7:00 PM on Monday, July 27 (tomorrow).
We want to hear from you!! Tell us what classes you signed up for!! Oh I almost forgot....THERE'S A PRIZE INVOLVED!!
If you post and tell us which classes you signed up for we'll randomly draw a post # as the winner of the blog giveaway prize.

CLASS REGISTRATION - AN UPDATE
Class registration for registered crop seat and class pass holders started on Monday night and it has been steadily continuing throughout the week.
We already have 3 SOLD OUT classes, which is absolutely fantastic!!!!
You all probably know this, but 100% of the proceeds from the sale of classes goes directly to BC Children's Hospital Foundation. The only way that we can make this happen is because of our amazing class sponsors. Without their generous donations to the event that simply wouldn't be the case. A list of the class sponsors can be found HERE on the website. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, we really appreciate all that you're doing for the event and the charity!!

Do you want a chance to win a free crop seat to the 2010 BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids? Yes, that’s right we said 2010!!! 2009 is sold out, but we’ve booked the date for 2010 and we want to give someone the opportunity to have a guaranteed seat at the 2010 event (approx. a $109 value).
Do you want a chance to win a free crop seat to the 2010 BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids? Yes, that’s right we said 2010!!! 2009 is sold out, but we’ve booked the date for 2010 and we want to give someone the opportunity to have a guaranteed seat at the 2010 event (approx. a $109 value).
You can earn a chance to win the prize by doing some shopping in any of the following sponsor stores:
Dream a Little Dream Scrapbooking (online store)
Lovebug Scrapbooking (online store)
Just purchase a scrapbooking item (minimum $5 value) which will be left at the store to be donated to the BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids "Shop 'Til You Crop Prize Basket".
We'll compile all of the items donated at the sponsor stores into the "Shop 'Til You Crop Prize Basket" and the basket will be raffled off at the event in October. We will be selling raffle tickets for the basket at the event in October, the entire proceeds of which will be donated to the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
If we have enough items we may even raffle off more than one "Shop 'Til You Crop Prize Basket".
For every $5 in product purchased at participating stores and donated to the basket, the donor will have their name put in a draw for a free crop seat to the 2010 BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids (approx value $109).
Entering the contest multiple times and shopping at multiple stores is encouraged (ie. if you donate $10 in product you would get two entries into the draw).
It's that easy!!
Each of the participating stores has a form where your name, email and phone number, as well as the product donated and dollar value will be recorded. You will be asked to initial the form confirming your donation. Please note that if you are shopping at one of the online stores please ensure you send them a message after you've placed your order advising which product in your order is to be donated to the Shop 'Til You Drop Basket so that it isn't shipped to you rather than left for us to pick-up.
The promotion starts now and will run to September 30, 2009.
The winner of the free 2010 crop seat will be announced on October 15, 2009.
