We've brought in lots of stock of every style so come in and have a peek!”

MEMORY WORKSHOP
Sandra and the Memory Workshop will be on location at the Yennadon Elementary School fundraiser crop on Saturday, April 10. All are welcome to drop by and shop. There will be other vendors and a 'good karma' donation table (make a donation for anything you take from the table, and drop off scrapbook items you'd like to donate) She even says she’ll take your photo in the store and email to us, which automatically gets you entered into both draws!

Renee at Photo Express tells us that they’ve got two fun classes happening this week.
The first is "Christian Cards" featuring Karen's fabulous style! Here's a brief description:
"If your faith plays a central part in your life, sometimes a regular card just won't do. In this class, you'll make five Christian-themed cards for those special moments when God's word needs to be shared. Please bring a class tool kit including trimmer, scissors, adhesives, pop dots and a brown ink pad."
It's running Thursday, April 8 from 12 - 2 and the cost is $25
The second is "All Occasion Cards with Whipper Snapper & Copic" featuring three fun cards designed by the amazing Renee. Here’s a brief description:
"Renee is SO excited that we are now carrying Whipper Snapper Designs rubber stamps! Join her in this fast paced class where you'll create three great cards using these fun stamps and Copic markers. You'll learn how to blend and shade with the Copics, and get that "professional" look when colouring your images. You'll leave class with enough stamped images and extra paper to create more cards at home! One Copic marker is included in the price of this class. Please bring your own Copic markers (if you have any), as this will help keep the class moving. You will also need a variety of adhesives including Glue Dots, pop dots, and double-sided tape or tabs, and a pair of sharp scissors."
This class is running on Saturday, April 10 from 2 - 4 PM and the cost is $24.
Also, Photo Express’ weekly sale is $5 off every $25 of regular priced, in-stock scrapbooking items purchased. For their Club Card members they also have a 40% off one regular priced, in-stock scrapbooking item - no coupon is required, just mention the sale! Do you want to win a free crop seat to the 2010 BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids? You can have your chance by supporting our local retail sponsors. The winner will be pre-registered for a 3-day crop seat in their name (a $99 value).

Here's how to enter:
- Just go shopping between April 8 to 12, 2010 and spend a minimum of $5 (before taxes) at any of the following scrapbooking retailers.
- Take a photo of yourself with the receipt and the products you purchased and email the photo to bccropforkids@yahoo.ca no later than April 14, 2010.

- One entry per person per store.
- Shopping at multiple stores is encouraged.

NEWEST MEMBER OF OUR TEAM
We're excited to announce that Hayley Glauser has joined the BC Crop for Kids team.
Hayley has volunteered to be the Community Fundraising Coordinator. She will be working with local scrapbook stores that are interested in hosting fundraising crops or classes in the months leading up the main event in October.
